• Opens by saying every piece is made to order, by hand
• 14 days from delivery, original condition, store credit rather than cash back
• Custom commissions and one-of-a-kind pieces can't be returned
• Sizing: write in and you'll help find the right ring or cuff size
• To start one: email hello@ with the order number; you send a label, credit is issued once it arrives and is checked
• Damaged or wrong piece: 7 days, with a photo
